Service 01

Psychiatric Evaluations

During your initial appointment, we also take time to understand your family history and lifestyle, so we can reach an accurate diagnosis and build a treatment plan around your individual needs.

Our goal is to help you better understand your mental health and identify the treatment options that best support your recovery and overall well-being.

During follow-up appointments, we will:

  • Monitor medication effectiveness
  • Evaluate potential side effects
  • Make medication adjustments when clinically appropriate
  • Provide education about your medications and treatment plan
  • Answer your questions and support informed decision-making

We believe medication management is a collaborative process. Every treatment decision is made with your goals, preferences, and overall health in mind.

A note on controlled substances.

We prescribe controlled medications when clinically appropriate and supported by a thorough evaluation and diagnosis. Lab work or additional assessments may be requested before initiating or continuing certain prescriptions.

For safety and continuity of care, we do not automatically continue medications prescribed by other providers.
